Terms and Conditions

General
No order will be deemed to constitute a contract of sale irrespective of the manner of its transmission to the Seller until the Goods are despatched by the Seller.

Prices
All prices displayed exclude VAT as we are not VAT registered.
The price payable shall be that displayed at the time of ordering. The total cost of your order is the price of the Products ordered plus Shipping Charges. Payment can be made by any of the specified Payment Methods. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the despatch of your Product. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We do not store any details of your credit card nor do we have access to any information on the authorisation process of your credit card, the only information we are told by our credit card processors (PayPal) is whether your Credit Card was Authorised or Failed.

Delivery
All of our items are sent through the Royal Mail and are recorded. The Seller shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet an estimated delivery date.

Items delivered within the UK cost £4 per order, items delivered to the rest of the world cost £9 per order.

All items are hand made when your order is made and can have up to a 2 week lead time.  At the time of  your order an estimated date for dispatch will be emailed to you.  Rush orders are sometimes possible, please use our contact form to discuss your needs.

Payment
Payment by credit card or PayPal is due at the time of order.
If any payment or part thereof is not received by the Seller by the due date, the Seller shall be entitled to charge interest on the outstanding amount at the rate of 2% per calendar month.
Goods remain the property of Colour Therapy Silks until fully paid for.

Warranty
Products sold by Colour Therapy Silks are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from misuse.

Returned Goods
Notification of damage of wrongly shipped goods or incompletely shipped goods must be made within 14 days of delivery. Any claim made outside of 14 days will not be accepted.
The Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying damage to returned goods where such damage has in the opinion of the Seller been caused by the goods being inadequately packaged by the Buyer.

The Seller’s failure to insist upon strict adherence to any of the terms and conditions with this contract shall not be deemed a waiver of its rights within these terms and conditions.

Legal Liability
The contracts from the sales of goods by Colour Therapy Silks shall be subject to and governed by English law.
Liability of Colour Therapy Silks shall in no circumstance exceed the original value of the price charged for the goods. Colour Therapy Silks cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequence of using the products it sells.

Acceptance of terms
By placing an order with Colour Therapy Silks you are agreeing to be bound by our terms and conditions.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
